Thanks! It's hard getting in contact with him. Didn't return my call today either! In the meantime the miles keep ticking...

Also looking

Sounds like a good price from Casey, I emailed him too. I found the MSRP for the maintenance packages on the BMWUSA site but have only found snippets of MSRP for the EVP/Warranty packages.

I will post what I get back and appreciate others keeping the forum up to date.

At the time I had 49,500 miles on my 2009 X5d. Mileage verification was easy to work out with him.

This may seem ridiculously expensive, but I reckoned that the independent BMW repair shops have not worked on diesels since they were only released in 2009 and most are still under warranty. I know that many of the systems are the same as the gassers.

I drive about 25000 miles per year so the 6yr/100k seemed perfect.

Did you get a quote from Patrick for the 7 year/100k mile EVPs? I might just try to get another dealer to come close to Patrick's quote since I'm running out of time/miles and I need to get this done soon.

so we can buy an extended from any dealer good for all across the country? Still trying to decide, I'm nearly 4 years and only 21k miles. Do I want to pay $2500 for 2 more years? Have had a handful of things go wrong (sensors, moonroof) recently but have no idea how much that costs out of pocket.
