I am actually very excited to join the world of the x5, it is a cool truck and upon reading this forum, it seems like a good group of people.

Now that the background info is out of the way, here is my x5 info. I happen to have a close friend who works at BMW of Dallas and got me a great deal on a 2012 build. I am expecting to pick it up mid October.

Not yet... It was originally scheduled to arrive last week, but the system now says the 24th. I'm not sure what the holdup is...frustrating!
