I got the all weather mats thrown in for free and also made a few comments about the delivery experience (felt rushed to get it done prior to month end) and they called back and threw in whatever other accessory I wanted (chose the rear deck mat). They didn't treat me bad but clearly wanted straight excellent scores on this.
