Looking at two different oem rubber mats. Which one to purchase?

Thanks everyone.

I decided to get option "A" the all rubber ones. I got them in black, even though my whole interior is beige (seats, floor) I hope the contrast combo looks good. I am not at home, but I sure hope it looks good.

Quick question: Why is it not a good idea to lay these over the carpet mats that came with the car? Is there a reason that I need to remove the carpet mats and lay these rubber ones directly on the carpet themselves?
