Advise needed. Debating between X5 and 328i.

$40K is not $35K. As I said all of the vehicles under $35K have at least twice the miles of the X5 I bought and are not as well equipped. There are a few bumping up on $40K which have low mileage and seems to be well equipped. However we're still talking a difference of $5K. A CPO will be more expensive than a non-CPO for the most part. I was able to negotiate $3K off my final price even on my CPO. Point is, there are many non-CPO '08 4.8s out there in the mid to upper $30Ks--with room to negotiate.
