rear ended brand new 5.0
My 2012 black x5 5.0 fully loaded just got rear ended pictures sooon. The car is less then 2 weeks old too.

[assuming you are an owner and not a leaser]

Know anything about "diminished value"???? Not sure if you are so inclined, but you can probably get 5-8k over the repair costs to compensate yourself for the lost in value.

Key is that you'll need to do the heavy lifting- if you are just doing the "Insurance Dance" you'll be stuck.

its not even that bad of an accident, its like two scratches but the thing is the cars still brand new and having to take it to the shop is sad. At least I get a rental! I'm taking it to BMW as soon as I finish this post, I got rear ended by a black 335i LOL.
