Overhead/lighting/moonroof- no power

hey guys,
im in a bit of a panick here after jumping my car the ambientlighting, moonroof, passenger airbag doesnt work. I read it could be in something called shipping mode? and when i searched i read that a fuse couldnt be a problem for all of these things failing at once. any opinions would be appreciated ill be calling the dealer in the morning. THanks!
Matt

If it is in warranty DO NOT tell the dealer you jumped it.

Ive been reading that it could be the general module that needs resetting? If not is it toast? Are these easy to fry? I hope its a simple reprogram.
Im considering tomorrow trying to let the car "go to sleep" then disconnect the battery. Also, when I open teh doors, the shifter light slightly illuminates then goes dark. this is scary. seems like a computer is done for. Everything else on teh vehicle works, just everyhint g associated with the overhead console/security alarm

How are the voltages? Not running, and after you start it...funny things go on when batteries begin to fail.

So the car is CPO so I went to the dealership. It stayed a couple of nights and the issue was resolved. THank God for CPO, and my awsome service advisor. So here was the story...
-Faulty overhead module, no power
-#10 Fuse in glovebox blown, replaced, blowed agian.
-Inspected overhead module and discovered red/brown wire shorting to frame
-Re-established power-no communication with overhead console
-replaced overhead module/ reprogrammed entire vehicle

Holy crap. Learned a lesson. Jumped it off a crappy 95 Touras. But I dont think thats it. 5/5 on the follow up survey. Thank you BMW!

Good deal.

What was the cost? (ie the warranty doc you signed but they didnt let you keep it)

People get terrified of engines and transmissions after 50k, but if you don't DIY it will be death by 1000 cuts, (all $500 deep.)
