Most wheel manufacturers have price controls in place and retailers cannot offer discounts past numbers set by the mfg. Varies a bit. But resale of perfect wheels is usually within 10-20% of that floor. As defects rise, price drops.

Not sure about vossen, never struck me as high end- but that's just me. Make sure you understand the difference between forged and cast.
