Should be covered, why wouldnt it be?
Are there a lot of omissions? I thought everything was basically included...

My understanding is that the evp does not cover suspension items.

I believe you would see that 'wear items' are excluded...and as such the shocks (which are the self leveling actuators) are excluded. OP are you reading the POLICY or just the pamphlet? |

I was reading just the information provided in the pamphlet. Thanks for your feedback.

You are correct, but I think the paperwork I read specifically excluded suspension items from the warranty. Other items I seem to recall being excluded included wear and tear items and seals. So if the self adjusting suspension were covered, if it failed due to seals in the accumulators, it wouldn't be covered anyway.

Read this: EDC Failure and other odd things Then come back and we can discuss the FACT that some components of the self leveling system which are PART of the shock will NOT be covered. Thanks for joining too.... Last edited by ard; 04-23-2012 at 05:51 PM. |
