I think it looks nice. I'm not a diehard BMW person, so I can't tell whether it's replica or not.

I like them, definitely prefer them to the stock-loocking 214s!

I think it's the Black accents. Here's a pic of a new X5M. Granted it's an "M", but don't the wheels look much better on the car like this?

the inner rim of my 214s came silver just like the face, but a few weeks in they became black... BRAKE DUST. I actually don't mind it looking like that as it is uniform. You're not going to be able to keep them silver unless you are meticulous about it, every week. I only clean what's visible on the outside and they still look great. Point is that the accented parts - if the inner rim is what you mean - will get dark regardless.

I changed the picture. I think it looks better in the new photo, though still trying to get used to them and will add the flares. Bought it at a local retailer here in Canada (Vancouver). Paid $2200 CAD for the whole package mounted on Continental Extreme Contact DWS (before tax).

Diesel,

I have the 214's, my nephew calls them Antlers! I like your wheels... Just get the flares and your opinion will change...

Finally getting used to the wheels. I also put in the fender flares. I can't believe how much of a difference that it makes. Thanks for all the comments.
