So I ended up ordering a couple of items from Bimmerzone.com. I have to say it was an outstanding experience. Although I've always had reservations about buying online, especially not knowing much about the vendor, I would buy from Bimmerzone.com in the future again without hesitation. The fellow who runs it (his name is Vincent), was very prompt in answering any questions I had. Provided me immediately with the UPS tracking number once it was shipped out, and in fact ended up paying shipping for an oversized item as he promised me that it would be free shipping. (He had bought the item from the BMW in West Chester? A special order as he didn't carry the item himself. Told me he couldn't ship it because it was an oversized item and didn't want to ask me to pay for it, so he went back to BMW to see if they would be able to ship it for free. BMW told him they would do so. At the end, BMW did ship it, but charged HIM the $40. Vincent told me he would not get me to pay for that since he had confirmed initially that BMW would ship to me at no cost).

I'm also very pleased that I now have a spare tire for my X5 through Bimmerzone! Fit perfectly under the floor of the trunk.

I should note, since I live in Canada, arranged to ship the items to a parcel pick up place in Point Roberts WA. Cost me a whole $8 for storage. Works like a charm.
