Powder coating wheels Gloss Black?

I'm sending in my wheels to be powder coated on monday, but I'm a bit worried that the black will look a bit ricer-ie Any other suggestions? I have till monday to decide. I was also thinking dark graphite metallic or ferric grey-ish, but my X5 is silver with gloss black trim, so the silver wheels do look a bit out of place, and gloss black would match the rest of the theme.

pic:

I don't have any pictures of the wheels, but they are the same:

And my inspiration :

Thank you

why don't you test drive the black first, to see if black will suit your desires or not?... it will cost you about $15 to buy 2-3 cans of Plast-Dip, spray the dip onto the wheels and see if you like it or not... if you like it, then peel off the Plast-Dip and send the wheels off for the real deal... if you don't like it - peel it off, and keep it off...

here is mine, with Plasti-Dip on...

My vote is for ferric gray since black reminds me of those wheels under hub caps..

You mean steelies? Satin wheels remind me of steelies, and satin is also an option.

I have a cap or 2 of plastidip layingin the garage, but it looks like there is some bad weather coming, so I can't do it on my drive way, and my E31 is in the garage (which is in the middle of a headlight project, so they can't get wet or damp) so I can't drive it out in the wet

Here is mine, plasti dip, you don't have to do much work to do it, just make sure wheels are clean, cover the rotor with a plastic bag and spray in place...I get nothing but compliments about them.
