I like the road hazard plans, especially if you'll get 40k out of the tires. BMW sells their plan for 1300-1800, here you are getting it for much less. All you need is ONE 'non-repairable' flat on any of the 4 tires over the next n years and you are ahead....

Really, I don't realize those tire plan could be that expensive, I bet BMW plan probably covers the rims too, otherwise it's really ripoff.

I just read the terms, the certificate covers original tread down to 3/32 or 3 yrs from the purchase. Based on our experience on those tires, the tires probably can last up to 30k or 1.5 yrs for us.

I didn't get a single flat in the past 10 yrs, that's why I thought to skip it in the first place. I may reconsider that since these tires are RFT and non-repairable.
