X5 E70 has aircon problems on most cars

I had a leaking leaking evaporator just at warranty ended and BMW Adelaide free of charge (3000.00) repaired it.Now the car is 4 years old and the condenser is leaking . I had the system filled with gas and later applied R-134a Super Seal all done, 5 minutes and working .
The cost for Super seal from USA $40.-
This aircon problems is very commen for the X5 and i advice to use extended warranty
