I agree, circle does good work. They were the ones who finally correctly diagnosed an issue on my X5 that 4 other places couldn't.

Really? I'm guessing you havent looked hard.... Lattitude is a superior tire, IMO. Even in their runflat model.

If you're in NJ, you don't need to go all the way to Greenwich for service. Park Ave BMW has their brand new service center in South Hackensack they do excellent work, and they welcome customers who didn't buy their cars from them as well. I've been taking my X5's there for 8 years.

Also to note, for NJ:

Greenwich BMW's sister: BMW of Bloomfield, is where I bought my X5 from January 2011. I have not had any experience with service there, but they're a member of the DHS Auto Group (or whatever they're called) so one may be able to assume service could be good there too.

Then again, I went to Pace BMW (another sister of GBMW; under the same group) when shopping for my X5 in Jan 2011, and I was quite unimpressed and actually quite annoyed with everyone there. It took them over a month to return a measly $500 credit card deposit.
