That tune is impossible to remove and leave no trace...

I'm sure that would have worked out well for you. Like they'd document their suspicion in the BMW repair order.

Really then why couldnt they see it at all It had been in for warranty work before and I had it removed before hand and they never noticed. I just got lazy and left it in this time knowing they couldnt see it. I just didnt know they would take it for a test drive and beat on it, under normal driving you cant tell the difference.

Something with the cats or DPF I have the work order but I havent read it I know they replaced the DPF and possibly the cats.

In Canada they can deny your warranty claim if you have any mods at all...and I just got caught with a tune in my truck. I wasnt arguing or addmitting to anything. I played dumb and acted concerned and thankful.
