Windshield washer pump

Anyone have a guide on how to replace the washer pump by any chance?

Been searching for days and it says a fender removal is needed. Was hoping there is a shortcut without having to remove a fender.

When the dealer replaced my pump, I saw the car with the fender removed before they even drove the loaner car up for me. Must be easy to remove, and by the look of things, it must be the only way to get it out. Only tricky thing might be the fender liner (because of the rivets), but I'm not sure you have to remove it to get the entire fender out.
