Help with tires

I am sure there are many threads on this so I will try to distinguish mine by being specific.

My X5 has around 30,000 miles now and the OEM tires it came with need to be replaced. The truck has Michelin Latitude RFTs, 255/50/19. Ever since I got the truck in 2011 I have had no issues with them. The tread wear at 2 years is ok'ish and I am thinking of going with the same set up.

My question is for those who had this tire from factory, have you changed to something else and is it better? I am looking to replace with RFTs.
