Oil change N62TU (4.8i)

can someone help me with some instructions?
do you have to remove the reinforcement plate to get to the drain plug? can the drain plug and oil filter be accessed just by raising the vehicle?

You don't need to remove the plate. Everything is accessible after raising the vehicle. I just drive my onto rhino ramps, much easier than jacking the car up.

Note.. when you're tightening the drain plug (number 1 in the second pic) on the oil filter cap, make sure you don't over tighten it or else you'll easily strip the thread inside. The proper torque specs (10Nm).

The oil drain plug on the oil pan - torque specs (25Nm).

You're a legend..! And thanks to all who responded, we have enough information here including torque spec. Now anyone can suggest where I can buy this tool in eBay for example?
