Gave her a good wash. Also replaced the side markers with DEPO smoked units.

I picked up a Sport wheel and had to swap out the airbag and install it with the sport cover.

For those who want to swap steering wheel covers here's an easy way to do it.

The cover has built in clips which lock the airbag in place, the problem is you have to gently pry up each clip so you can shimmy the airbag away from the cover.

I found the best way is to pry away the clip and then slide a dime under the clip to hold it from snapping back into place. This lets you release all of the clips at once then you can work the airbag from the cover:

Once you have the airbag out , gently pack it into the sport cover.

Update: So after driving with the sport wheel I noticed it's not centered and slightly off- the spline is slotted so there is only one way to install the wheel. I'm wondering if a front end alignment will cure this?

Anyone have similar issues? I plan on installing front h&r springs so I'll get a 4 wheel alignment after.

see pics:

you could try adjusting the tie rod ends by equal amounts on both sides

Try to find a shop in your area with a modern Hunter laser alignment machine.

The spline doesnt have a space for 3-4 teeth adjustment on either side? I know the wheel & spline have marks for center but could have sworn there was a couple teeth left/right adjustment?

I don't think so-- There are the two marks for alignment but there is a flat spot on the spline and inside wheel. I'm going to do a search vs take off for the 3x.
