Welcome aboard!

At 65K mi, what kind of work (minor or major) has already been done to the X, and what 3 things are you looking to do next, either in terms of maintenance, upgrade(s) or repair?

Well, lets see....

BMW service history shows TCU module failure/replacement as only real warranty repair. Lots of regular maintenance items (oil, wipers, brakes, etc). The dealer replaced the leaking vacuum pump prior to delivery to me. I check for the common oil leaks (valve covers, timing cover, alt bracket, etc) and found none leaking. I have no idea of work out of warranty was performed by an independent shop.

The vehicle came with an extended BMW maintenance plan to 4/5/15 or 100k miles, so oil (every other one), battery, wipers, brakes, etc. will be performed by BMW at no cost to me. No other maintenance needed at this time (IMHO). I am adding a trailer hitch and that is it for mods for the time being. The vehicle has everything else I could possibly want.
