Update: Spoke with BMWNA customer relations and they are "investigating." The seem reasonable and willing to help. I'll keep everyone posted on the result.

Prepare to be Amazed....

Just Got a call from the Dealer. After all the back and forth with BMWNA... A regional rep was in the area, looked at my car and agreed. This was nothing like they had ever seen. They are going to agree to fix it and replace the cylinder head FREE OF CHARGE!
I was floored. Happy, but floored! Completely restored my faith in this company!
