2012 50i oil leak

For the last 6 months the X has been in and out of the dealer for an oil leak. In august they replace several oil hoses that had fixed the problem for two months. Last month they replaced the turbos and the leak continues albeit at a slower rate. I searched the forums and it seem my sitz may be unique. Any guidance?

My warranty is up in 5 k miles.

With the recent batch of cold weather in the northeast I've been seeing the dreaded battery discharge warning. The dealer blames it on our driving habits. I am worried. Considering flipping it for a similar CPO or new F15. It's not what i originally planned to do.
