Good Deal or Not?

I live south of Seattle, and I've been shopping for a 3rd row E70 for the last couple of months. I was in Bellevue the other day (sort of an affluent suburb of Seattle) and I drove past this dealership, and I saw that they had X5s on the lot.

My wife is convinced that we need a 3rd row, and I agree with her. She insists on it being a BMW, because she loves her E53, and anything else would be a "downgrade" in her eyes, in spite of the awesome utility of a Suburban/Navigator/Excursion.

Anyway, I saw this one on the site, and I wanted to get an opinion. It's well optioned, and seems pretty reasonably priced for my area. What do y'all think?

personally i'd be concerned about the amount of miles at 7 yrs old with no maint or warranty. otherwise price feels like its decent but again you're sacrificing for the price with potential headaches. just my two cents

Thanks, I was thinking about coming in with a bit of a low-ball offer, starting right at around 20K, maybe 21K or so, see if I can get them talking at a discount.

Honestly, it's a 7 year old car, so the mileage isn't bad for the model year, averaging 11K per year, so below national average. I like the options list, and my wife is super stoked about the tobacco leather interior.

Ist MY for E70, as you probably know...not that that is a no go, just a thought.
If you can cop it for low $20s, and aren't put off by potential glitches, it is a nice car.

Not a fan of people/kids in back third row, but everyone has their own comfort zone.

Yeah, I had that thought too. I was (ideally) looking more for an '08 or '09, but this one had such a good (for my family) options list, and my wife likes the color scheme. Might buzz on up there this weekend and take a look at it and test drive it.

At its mileage, I'm thinking that maybe the "bugs and glitches" might have been worked out, or am I way off base with this logic?

I replied to you in another thread...the Lexus GX or LX would also be a good choice, since I read that you were trying to get your wife into an Excursion...can't really beat the Toyota reliability
