Body wise, it's doable. Just use M in lieu of 3.5i bumpers and fenders. Not overly difficult. http://www.xoutpost.com/bmw-sav-foru...nt-bumper.html

I'm guessing the OP's intending to get the M-Sport package look available on the X35 M-Sport, not the X5 M.
