2008 4.8i Fluctuating RPM / Power loss

I took a look at the inside of the cover for the engine harness and found that the wires connecting to the throttle body were oxidized and cracking. Respliced and soldered the wires together and wrapped them in heatshrink tubing and just took it for a 40 mile trip, no hesitation/stalling/check engine light. throttle response is much better than ever aswell. Thank you ART-qitec for pointing me in the right direction!

Hey guys sorry to bring up an old thread , in October I did the new updated harness on my 2008 x5 4.8 , car felt so much better after . 2 months later as of last night I jumped in my car to move it to my garage at a cold start and suddenly my car showed cruise control malfunction and kept jerking, I had the same codes as OP but one code I did not recognize

P1062 BMW - Valvetronics Power Limitation

Possible causes
Faulty Valvetronic Sensor
Valvetronic Sensor harness is open or shorted
Valvetronic Sensor circuit poor electrical connection

Any help please or tips thanks guys
