Just watched the video, there's a good chance it might be your expansion tank. When my tank was cracked the same area was covered in coolant. It's not an extremely expensive part (around $90-100). It's simple to replace, I barely knew how to change oil when I swapped mine out. If you prefer not to DIY I suggest going to an indie shop to save some money.

Thanks ART-qitec I hope is that. I just call my 'Repair Advantage Max' Warranty and told them about my coolant leak and that someone told me they think is the expansion Tank, and they told me this is covered under my warranty. WooHoo, I am hoping is that now.
