New (to me) 35i

I already posted an intro over at Bimmerfest, and I am excited to learn a ton from this community as well. I just picked up a 2012 CPO 35i for my wife with 37k, but i drive it if I'm home. I drive a 2004 ZHP in the summer and just inherited my wife's Pontiac Vibe as my new winter beater.

I'm excited about the vehicle and like the options. There are plenty of things to break but I am always terrified with automatic transmissions. I really wish it had had a manual gearbox.

I plan to keep this driving as long as possible, so I will be following my own maintenance shedule. I have some Redline 5W-40 on the way that will go in the engine this weekend. I still need to do more research before tackling the tranny, differentials, and transfer case. I pray Bently publishes an LCI E70 service manual some time soon.

I plan to dive into coding sometime soon as well, but fluids come first.

This community will be a great resource, so hopefully I will be able to contribute as well.

Dave
