1. Why would then do any kind of 'inspection"?? THis is a 100% honest question- WHY would they look any deeper than the paint to sell a car? There is NOTHING IN IT FOR THEM!

2. Why would they ever give it to you? All it does is prove they knew there were issues. Only an idiot would hand it to you.

3. Why would you want it now? See above. The only thing they would hand you is a perfect score, which would prove the car was fine until you took it!.......... the time to get it is BEFORE you buy the car.

4. An inspection from the selling party is asking the fox to watch your hen house.
