2106 X5 35i wanders w new snow tires

I recently put on new 18" snow and blizzam tire package for my wife's 2016 X5 35i. The wheels/tires came mounted and balanced from tire rack. It drifts a lot at speeds over 60mph. I have tried different tire inflation pressures. My jeep grand cherokee has had the same tires without issue.

The vehicle came with 19" wheels with lower profile tires but the new 18" snows overall diameter are suppose to be pretty close. Do you think it changes front alignment settings at All?

Any thoughts as to what may be causing this? It feels like a gust of wind hits your from the side.

Thank You,
X5GUY70
