The EGR cooler is available as I had it done a few weeks ago. Yesterday in the mail I received the required correspondence for warranty issues saying EGR cooler remedy was available. Its possible there are still delays to certain dealers with the replacements.
The injectors are straightforward as it relates to BMWNA. The year isn't covered and you'll just bang your head against the wall doing otherwise. Get the cooler replaced which is under BMWNA scope and deal with things as they come from there. My $0.02
