What are your goals for a vehicle?

One of these vehicles will give you a luxo-barge ride (style) while the other will give you a sports-sedan ride (fast, style).

You get one attirbute with one vehicle while you get two with the other. Reliability will probably be similar.

You actually have chosen an apple and an orange and asking which one tastes better - or, a nice-looking athlete vs. an amazon. Get in both and flog them through low and high speeds. Then you'll know...

With some exceptions, I think you'll find the universal answer from all BMW drivers is that we love how they drive - better than just about everything out there - but sometimes get frustrated with little things that go wrong with the cutting edge attempts at technology.

All in all though, most who own bmw's will keep buying them because of how they drive. You'll see. The harder you push it the more it asks to be pushed.

I've had my 2005 X5 since I took delivery at the Factory/Performance Center in Spartanburg, SC in Jan 2005. Before that I had a 2002 540i.

I am on my 13th new BMW and 20 all together. I have driven many cars and few come close to the Freude vom Fahren that the BMW can deliver.
