The Blackberry 7100 is known to be compatible, although the address book needs to be manually transmitted to the vehicle - see http://www.xoutpost.com/html.php?file=bmw_bt_phones.htm

The Nextel 7520 works fine (sans addressbook) with the ULF 522, have been using it for ~2 months. You have a choice of setting the ULF as a trusted device (autoconnect) or not, the default, in which case the BB will prompt each time whether you want to accept the connection.
