Motorola SLVR L7

Anyone have one of these? And does it work with the BMW X3 bluetooth? It's a work phone, so it doesn't cost me a dime. The phone it will replace is a Nokia 6310i, which works great in the X3. A new phone would be Ok, but if it doesn't work in my truck then I won't take it. Thanks.

I tested a Cingular SLVR L7 in mine, and it worked fine. I did not do a rigorous test, but the initial stuff seemed perfect. I have a T-Mobile RAZR that I use every day, and it works.

You could always go to a phone store and interview the phone in the truck before you get it issued to you.

No problem with the L7 on my '04 X5 as well. SMS even works with the 522 ULF Module with this phone.

i had an L7 (through cingular) and it worked perfectly with my X3. i wanted a full keyboard, though, and i quickly got tired of the poor UI on the L7 and switched to a blackberry 8700c (which also works perfectly with my X3).

I suppose you would have preferred 100 people post that they don't have that phone, and can't answer your question?
