I thought that from this chap's findings: http://www.rlcc.co.uk/stakesuk/bluetooth.htm, and other threads I've read that all ULFs after 3rd (?) generation (whether marked "mit SES" or not) support VR.
I had some issues posting this thread due to a "feature" of Firefox (need to run the forum in ie tab), so had sent Jochen an email directly before I worked out how to post here.

So he's aware (and has already fixed the file saving bug) and has my log file for comment!

Will let you know his thoughts when I do!
