Exclamation E53 X5 Snap-In Adapters - Full List

Have anyone seen this document before? According to the information you can install an iPhone, iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS and several Motorola, Blackberry and Sony Ericsson phones into an E53 X5 as long as you also install the eject box frame p/n 84-21-2-153-098 (Retail $99.65) and adapter cable p/n 84 10 9 205 271 (Retail $10.20). Have anyone done this?

Very interesting.

I have bluetooth already, so I am curious what this would do for me.

1. Charges your phone
2. Boosts the signal strength using the car's antenna
3. Since the phone operates via the car's external antenna, it enables the phone to decrease the output power which reduces electromagnetic exposure.

I'm thinking that with some modification this would be a great way to mount the DICE kit, maybe even still retain the antenna.

With one of these would it get around the problem of BT not working? In other words, with these do you not need to connect to the car using BT?

How is that off topic? It is a great idea and relates directly to the availability of the snap-in dock

My post asked a question. You chimed in with something completely unrelated. Had someone responded with an answer then the post would have been useful, however now it is filling with worthless banter.
