AdvancedAutovations;Are they out of business?

I ordered a bluetooth kit for my '02 X5 on Nov 29.Since then nothing.... They don't reply to my e-mails; cannot contact them by phone

(full mailbox). Seems that others had similar problems. Any suggestions????
