If your X5 is capable of Sirius Radio, not a problem. The DICE or the ice>Link will replace the CD Changer is present.

The sound from the iice link is better then the Aux as I used the Aux before i got the ice link.

Any one of those installers can perform the installation for you in under 45 minutes - it's very simple in the X5.

Yes, but you will be integrating an iPod with over 15,000 songs (60G version), ful steering wheel control and full text display on the screen. Most CD Changers find their way on Bay shortly after an ice>Link is installed, they become obsolete.

Good point - we are taking the signal from the Docking Connector (Low Level output) rather than the headphone jack (amplified).

At this time, we are redeveloping the Source Selector so that both devices can be retained, this can be added at a later time.

As for a comparison of the DICE and ice>Link kits, I recommend reading the chart on this link: http://www.europeanautosource.com/ipod_matrix.php

i think the dice is better, how difficult is the install, and any time frame on the selector to keep the cd changer.
I have Nav w/ cd changer would satellite also work?
