Once you pull the volume know out; there is a small hole for a torx screw. You turn it counter clockwise to pull it out. Then there will be two torx screws that need to be loosened thats visible once you disconnect the MID.

Why is there a need to remove the business cd to connect it to the back ??? when you can use the CD Changer cables located in the center bucket or am i wrong ?

Depends on where the kit was purchased. Overseas kits used the R40 Quadlock harness, while the US kits used a different CD Changer harness.
