Pasenger rear speaker issue

I noticed that after I had my passenger rear window regulator fixed my speakers weren't working on that door. So I took the door panel off and saw that the wire to the smaller speaker was unhooked, so I hooked this backup and it began to work again, however the bottom larger speaker was hooked up (had wires going to it) yet is still off. So basically the larger rear passenger speaker has no sound to it. Anyone have suggestions on how to trouble shoot this or has ran into problems when they had their window regulators fixed? Thanks Andy
