I got the JL Audio A1200 which seems generally sufficient for the kind of music I listen to. The A1400 may be the better choice for many but it costs over $100 more than the A1200. If I were to buy a new amp however I would look for a unit with speaker-level inputs as opposed to line-level. Elsewhere in this forum someone suggested that Zapcos sound better than the JL Audio amps.

Aww, you should have purchased mine that I was selling, I let it go for $500 plus shipping with amp.
