Thank you Tom

Just want to take a moment to say thank you to Tom for the FAR above average customer support.

Tuesday, I installed the DICE iPod integration kit on my new 07 Nav equiped X3.
After finding the correct wires under the console, which took about 2hr; the install itself took no more the 30 - 40 minutes.

After the install I couldn't get the thing to work.
I called Tom left him a message and less than a hour later he called me back. Tom spent at least an hour on the phone with me trouble shooting and with the exception of on small issue (which I didn't discover until late yesterday) he had me up and running.

There are a lot of retailers that could take some lessons from Tom on customer service.

So thank you Tom. Whatever I need in the electronics department for this car or any other car that you have "toys" for you'll have my business.

Thanks for the feedback - seeing posts like these make it all worth it.

I received your message later this afternoon, give me a call when you have some free time and we'll troubleshoot your other issue in real-time.
