With the version I have it only displays partially on the ODB (flaky) and does not display on my NAV, but I do have the new playlist, album, artist menus.

2002 3.0 X5 NAV, BT.
Newest firmware is 22B2, anything else other than 2B1, 2B2 or 22B2 is beta.

Should we all be using the newest? And what new upgrades does the GA version contain?

Honestly, you should only update your firmware if you are experiencing issues with your ice>Link Plus. What version of firmware are you running now?

Anyone experience a whining, like alternator noise, when the engine is revving or accelerating? The install guys at Best Buy can't seem to remedy the problem. It's an annoyance!!! Any suggestions???

Thumbs up Hiss be gone!!!

UCrewX5 and Tom G.,

The repair notice worked like a charm ...hiss is eliminated!!!
I want to thank you both for your contributions. The icelink now seems troublefree and enjoyable to use!

If it were not for this forum, I would have got a refund long ago. It's too bad the installers are not educated, and the current Dension support is not responsive with these fixes/tips along with making info readily available to consumers (i.e. Dension web-site support).

Guys, much thanks again!!!
