Connect a car PC to factory Navigation

Hello X5world memebers. I am trying to find the best solution to connect a car pc to the factory 16:9 screen to run Carx or centrafuse. I understand that the video modules carried by EAS and the factory TV module both accept composite signal which can be sent from the car pc. but I am afraid that the picture quality won't be any good for windows desktop. also there might be underscan problem which leaves blackbar around the picture.
so is there any plug and play VGA to factory navigation module solution available? I saw that car-deck/ Carmes's BMW Car Interface Box CIB has all the ports are needed to connect VGA to factory module. anyone has experience? What about the GNET module from Canada? It has RGB in port, could it be connected to VGA with a simple cable?
Thanks for the help , guys.

Yes. but exactly how do you get RGB wires from the factory system? I really don't want to cut the factory harness. I am looking for a plug and play solution. anyway, I just ordered a Gnet module, its plug and play and features a RGB input port. I am going to test it out with a Matrox G200 PCI card which can output RGsB. Ibus interface is on the way from Germany as well.
