How can I setup my aftermarket subwoofer to get the cleanest source?

I plan on moving my JL Audio W7 along with a Kicker KX. 600.1 amp from the x5 to an 03 range rover.

My plan was to purchase a Audio Control L6i electronic hi/low adapter and tap into the trucks oem sub source.

Think this might do the trick? any other suggestions?
