no meter on hand, uploading photos now for your review. I have tried to look at wires and can;t see to see anything not set up properly.. photos in a minute thanks

below show the connections to get power to the DSP unit
also showing the DSP adapter connected to the coax on the amp
also shows the entire set up and how its all linked together
hope this helps trouble shoot... thanks Brian

I see you have a MY04 X5, have you tried omitting the DSP adapter and just plugging into the 3/6 pin adapters?

There may be a change you are Analog DSP equipped, not requiring the adapter.
