Can't get radio out - I broke the T screw

I think I have done something really dumb. I did not read enough before attempting to remove the radio and did not realize the screw only needed to be turned a little bit. I put a t10 in there and turned it hard, thinking I had to completely unscrew it, and I think it broke off. Now there is nothing there but an empty hole where the top of the screw used to be.

It will not pull out at all and feels completely locked in. Any ideas how to get this radio out now with that screw broken?
