Ipod/Iphone charging
Any tips on this? tried finding an answer in previous threads but got lost. Cheers - car is X5 2006 E53 4.4i

The original BMW iPod adapter will not charge new iPods or iPhones. Apple discontinued use of the 12v Firewire charging pin on the devices in preference of the 5v USB charging. BMW should have a replacement cable for about $65US. I will probably just make my own.
