Question How to change nav voice?

Hello All,

Newbie to the forum looks like you all are the best place to come for this stuff so I hope you can help with this.

In reading all the past-posts it appears as though you can change the NAV voice from USA Female to GB Female pretty easily just by re-naming the files on the disc. My problem is that the .rar files I have downloaded for the upgrades generate a .mds file and a .mdf file. I run ImgBurn and it will allow me to make the CD, but then I can't modify the files since they are burned on the CD.

My question is how do I extract those files so that I can modify them before burning them to the CD for installation into the vehicle. (fyi I have 4-1/40 sw version right now).

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Or even a place I can get this stuff already done so I can take it to my car.

Best, -Josh
