Exclamation Severe trouble with language!!!!

Hi all
I need help for an Mk3 navi.
My nephew bought a 530 in Germany.
To change system language I bought a Resler's interface (www.reslers.de) and with Navcoder 1.2 we changed language successfully, but due old sw installed, navi asked a V17 version or cd key.
Well...put into navi the cd key...ok...navi works again, but language revert to D and En only....italian language disppear.
Go back with sw to V20, than tried rechange language with V25 again.
System say " System don't need English language" but in main page of Navcoder I choose Italian in both box...
We tried to code with the downgrade to V20, with uprgade to V25....all attempt failed.
PLEASE... someone can help us?
Some suggestion?
Thanks in advance

Upgrade Mk3 to v25 to ensure Mk3 is running at 3/1-63. Don't worry about language yet.
After it is running at 3/1-63, use NavCoder again to set languages. Make sure the two are different (eg IT and GB) and select Female voice only.
Nav will ask for OS disk, insert the same v25
New languages should be loaded.
Make sure you re-code the Telematics settings, they get reset with new language loading.

PS: do not choose same language for lang1 and lang2, make sure the two are different. Otherwise Mk3 cannot decide which language is selected.

Here I'm for news Jochen...
Last sunday we tried to set again the infamous Mk3...
It loaded the language in half...submenu and voice of navi remain in english.
It could be well for me but my nephew don't understand english.
But, maybe, I loose a passage of your reply...
You said "Make sure you re-code the Telematics settings, they get reset with new language loading"...
Where I can found these Telematics settings?
Maybe should I set it as shown in picture below as well?
Help me please...I don't know what to do anymore...

Are you sure your OS disc has the languages you want?
Are the languages correct? Test with NavSpeak.
I think your OS disc might be funny...

I can only suggest to try again.
Use NavCoder and select 2 x languages that are not currently lodaed (either correctly or incorrectly)
Once you have a correct loading of OS + languages, then try to change the languages.
If you change languages but not OS version, the nav unit will just load the language files, it won't change the OS.

Keep trying...
